Senator Saah Joseph escaped through Window as House Destroyed by Fire

Report reaching 2A from Monrovia says, a fire broke out at the home of Senator Saah Joseph of Montserrado County in Congo Town at about 2:01 am on Thursday morning.

The fire consumed the entire house, leaving nothing behind.

The Senator and two other occupants managed to escape through a window.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

Meanwhile, the Senator was taken to the St. Joseph Catholic Hospital in Congo Town for a medical checkup.

No other casualties were reported.
